Tip: The print head can be cleaned after the thermal head is completely cooled, otherwise it may be broken due to uneven heating of the head.

1. Make sure that the power has been turned off before cleaning the thermal head chip, and the power cable and communication cable have been unplugged.

2. Remove the movable cover of the printer, lift up the lifting rod of the printer head, and take out the printing paper.

3. Use a clean cotton ball stick to moisten a little wine, and gently smear the dirt on the surface of the heating element of the head piece. Remember not to scratch the print head piece with sandpaper, blades or hard objects! Otherwise, the thermal head piece will be affected. Permanent damage and irreparable.

4. After cleaning the head piece, wait until the wine on the head piece is completely dry, and then power on for a self-test test to observe the cleaning effect.

5. If the printed handwriting is still not clear after cleaning, please contact the after-sales department of the sales company for maintenance.
